Three years ago, the need and desire for a superior and unique townhome project in Yuma was analyzed. The Development Group is delighted to unveil the construction of Sunset Terrace, their newest luxury townhome community. Using the deco-room, after choosing a floor plan, will make the build of your townhome custom to your needs and tastes. For example, every home will have two-tone interior painting with a choice of four different finishes (Flat, Sheen, California Mission or Gloss) based on the theme of the home.

All homes will be built with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, Tuscan iron scroll work on entry doors, custom Travertine tile flooring, core accessories and appliances. Private backyards, oversized 2-car garages, concrete pavers on each driveway and private balconies are also integrated. Included in each build are courtyard areas which can also be customized for a variety of uses, depending on your lifestyle.

The diverse lots offer a variety of views extending from a private balcony, one overlooking the clubhouse or a combination of both. This, however, does not take from the view the whole community has of the valleys and mountains. Sunset Terrace is placed so residents, on a clear day, can also see the Imperial Sand Dunes.

Further, Sunset Terrace will be a gated community, to offer added security to residents.
